A. Transit Time
The time from our international shipping centre to the destination:
United Kingdom & Ireland 5-7 business days
United States & Canada 6-9 working days
Australia & New Zealand 8-9 working days
B. Processing Time
Please allow additional time to process your order on public holidays and during the sales season.
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Our domestic processing time is 1-2 days.
C. Delivery Terms
We use local couriers to deliver the product such as Royal Mail, Austrailia Post and USPS etc. depending on your region. We offer free shipping.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@orvantra.com
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched (usually within 12 hours). If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please accept the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
